
JUly Colours and letters challenge
In November last year I was on a course at St Ives School of painting.
The theme was ‘Finding Your Voice’ and an excellent place for art courses. All about being authentic in your art practice and challenging your perceptions in making art.
During the course we had to find something nearby to the school that caught our imagination. I noticed earlier on my walk this amazing seaweed washed up on the slipway. I had to go back and capture some images. But surprisingly a very dull murky green coloured seaweed.
