Just to thank you for coming along to Courtyard Arts and hope you enjoyed our exhibition ‘time and tide’
Cathy and I were delighted at how the work came together and the reaction we received from visitors. We already have some ideas for a future collaboration that have stemmed from our pebble project and the outcomes that have triggered more exciting ideas for a group project possibly next year.

The video is a split screen of footage. In the top screen – beaches around St Ives and taken in real time. The lower screen is a time lapse taken over a day from 9.30 until 4pm from a window overlooking Porthmeor Beach documenting the tide coming in. I have included the original soundtrack of windy tidal sounds from the footage taken outside overlaid with a soundtrack of waves.
