For the second year, the West Wing of Somerset House will be transformed into The Christmas Arcade with Fortnum & Mason, a seasonal pop-up version of the classic Piccadilly store, showcasing the very best of Fortnum & Mason’s world-renowned products.

The Christmas Arcade will feature a selection of gifts, foodie fayre, fashion accessories and Christmas decorations so that savvy skaters and spectators can get ahead with their Christmas shopping.

Within the pop-up’s individual rooms there will be men’s and women’s gifts, a Christmas room complete with a dedicated children’s section, confectionery and a selection of Fortnum & Mason’s fine teas and coffees. New for this season, Fortnum & Mason will be bringing a fresh food range to Somerset House, including their smoked salmon, house cured on the roof at the flagship Piccadilly store.

To celebrate their return to Somerset House, Fortnum & Mason have specially commissioned two exclusive, limited-edition Christmas tree decorations. An exquisite, hand-embroidered miniature cushion depicting a skate scene at Somerset House and a beautiful, mouth-blown, porcelain bauble with gold glitter, both only available at The Christmas Arcade.

Nestled between the rooms of The Christmas Arcade, you will find The Lodge, Fortnum & Mason’s Après-Skate restaurant.

Daytime is a relaxed affair as visitors can choose from a selection of light meals and drinks, including Fortnum’s famous Welsh Rarebit, cheese fondue, a selection of fine teas or the popular Chocolossus Hot Chocolate.

By evening, enjoy the sophisticated atmosphere of the brand new bar offering boutique botanically-blended spirits and cocktails from a specially curated drinks menu, served alongside champagnes, tipsy hot chocolates and mulled cider alongside delicious savoury dishes and desserts.
