Today we continue our culinary tour of Brazil with pão de queijo, or baked cheese bread. Delicious for breakfast or as an on-the-go snack, we spotted—and sampled—these rolls of savory goodness at just about every bakery, grocery store and street vendor in Trancoso, where we shot our February lookbook. They’re scrumptious just as they are, but we prefer ours with a luscious dollop of sweet guava jam.
