I’ve come to the conclusion that thinking is bad for you. I’d far rather gaze at the sea 🙂 🙂

I agree, but that is easier said than done- the not thinking and the gazing at the sea. But hopefully soon I can visit the sea and then the thinking can have a rest!
Too much sitting and not enough getting outside is not good!
