A search in the photo library revealed over 1000 images of my Grand Children in the park and a few of Stanley Park Vancouver and various other parks. Not being with the Grand Children is probably the hardest part of lockdown for me. I usually spend one day every week with them, the babies the most part of a whole day and the two older ones after school and occasionally at the weekend for family get togethers.
I appreciate how lucky I am to have this contact with them as many Grand Parents are not able to for various reasons.
My family are a big part of my life, so being separated from them is painful.
Looking through my photos has brought sadness but also joy to remember the happier times spent with them, and hopefully soon we will be re united.
