In 2015 I had the most wonderful visit with my friend in Vancouver. She drove me all over the region, into the mountains and wonderful landscapes that surround the city. Vancouver has everything , culture, stunning scenery, the sea, fantastic architecture, friendly people and a character all of its own. I loved staying on Granville Island- a past hippy /arty community with a great food and craft market and art galleries.
