The Henry Moore Sculpture Park at Perry Green is just a short drive from where I live and is the most amazing setting for Moore’s Sculptures. The gallery has great exhibitions and a year or so ago I got to meet Tacita Dean who was presenting her video responding to an aspect of Moore’s inspiration found in the grounds of Perry Green.
The header view is of Barbara Hepworth’s house and museum in St Ives, a place I love to visit at least once a year. Again full of amazing Sculpture, her garden, on a much smaller scale than Perry Green. But none the less well worth a visit to soak in the atmosphere and inspiration for her work.
