Moving Image Festival, to be held in Hawick, Scottish Borders, April
3-6. 

There’s a great line-up this year – around 100 films, 85 of which are
World, UK or Scottish premieres, with well over 30 filmmakers
attending from around the world. The theme this year is ‘Dreamland’
