I so agree with your post….I think we can so easily be swept along with this culture of liking and being liked…the proof of the pudding and so on….time will tell.
Similar to making art it has to be primarily for ones self that it is made (written) and if people like it- that’s great, but not the criteria for making it in the first place.
To be true to self requires risk taking and pushing the boundaries beyond the safe zone…which can be difficult sometimes…thanks for reminding us all what it’s all about!
